For over 20 years Lifeline Farm has been providing Montanans with quality, fresh, organic foods. Our beef is raised and processed in the Bitterroot Valley. We use no synthetic growth hormones or routine antibiotics.
As a Demeter Certified Biodynamic farm, we grow at least 80% of our own feeds using farm-based fertility. No chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides are ever used.
All of their feed is organically grown, and they are never fed rendered animal by-products. Our animals are field finished, primarily on our own pasture and hay. All of our cows and steers are processed at Lolo Locker, just twenty miles from the fields where they were raised so they are never exposed to feed lot overcrowding or shipping thousands of miles to and from processing plants.
Stop by the Clark Fork River Market (May through October) or our farm store year-round and pick up some of our beef, you can order whole and half sides of beef for stocking your home freezer too. Our beef is also available at The Good Food Store and Orange Street Food Farm in Missoula.
